General Policies & Procedures:
Membership: Current AMA or ATVA Membership
required for all events. Applications are available at Registration. Cost is $39 for annual membership. District 11 membership also required for all
riders residing within the District 11 area.
Cost is $16 for annual membership.
Admission: All
racers pay full admission (including youth).
Rider Registration:
All Riders must properly register before entering the track. All riders
must personally be present for rider registration. Minors must accompany their parent or
guardian to registration.

Radio Station: Please keep your radio tuned to WMXSports 88.1 (or in that range), for up-to-date announcements, racing news, interviews and information throughout the weekend. Although we have a public address system, the best way to stay tuned is to tune in.
Medical Insurance:
We do not have medical insurance for racers, and urge you not to race
without it.
No Pit Riding: 10 mph speed limit in the Pits. No spectator riding.
Pit Crews: Riders are responsible for all
pit crew members, family and friends.
Safety

Yellow Flag:
When a yellow flag is displayed, competitors may race cautiously until they have passed the incident that caused the flag. If the competitor hits a downed rider, corner worker or medical personnel the competitor will be disqualified for that moto or possibly for the day.

Responsibility: Motocross racing, like all motorsports, can be dangerous. When you enter the grounds
you assume all risk of injury and/or damage.
It is your responsibility to keep yourself and your children a safe
distance from the racetrack. Parents,
you are responsible for the safety of your children. Be aware of their location at all times. Never turn your back to oncoming racers. STAY OFF THE TRACK.
Only registered racers and authorized personnel are permitted on the
track.
Release of Liability:
You are responsible for your own safety.
All persons entering the premises must sign the liability release
waiver. Parents or legal guardians must
sign with children under 18 years of age.
Medical Insurance: We do not have medical insurance for racers, and urge you not to race without it.
Fire Extinguishers:
All racing rigs/motor homes/camping vehicles must have fully functioning
fire extinguishers readily available in the event of an emergency.
No Woods Riding:
The woods are off-limits during motocross events. Anyone riding in the woods is subject to
disqualification.
Prohibited: We do not permit fireworks, firearms or glass containers.
Search
Policy:
All vehicles are subject to search at any time. If any fireworks, glass
containers, or other prohibited items are found, you may remove them from the
property yourself, or we will dispose of them for you. We are not
responsible for the safe return of any contraband removed.
Tickets: Your arm band is your weekend
ticket and must be worn at all times. If you leave the facility, you must
have it on in order to re-enter. This is your
gate ticket. Do not take it off.
Trash: Please use our trash receptacles. If you need
trash bags, you can get them from Rider Registration.
Pets: All pets must
be on a leash. No vicious or barking
pets permitted.
Access: Gates close daily from midnight to 6:00 am. Please plan accordingly.
DO NOT take the banners or signage. Violators will be prosecuted for theft and
trespassing.

CAMPING INFORMATION:
Camping is FREE. There are no electric or water hook-ups.
We will park you as you arrive, in the next available space, in the area of your choice. You may not save spots for people who will arrive later. If you want to camp with someone, please meet off-site and arrive together. Camping spaces are no wider than 20’. Spots will be marked. No campsites, tents or awnings are permitted within 20’ of the motocross track fence.
No campfires please. Due to the large amount of guests and racing rigs, we cannot permit fires of any kind.
Quiet time is 11:00 pm nightly. All loud generators must be turned off at this time.
RV Pump Service: Service will be available Saturday morning starting at 10 am. The fee is $25 per service. Pick up a “Pump Out” request from the Main Gate and post it on your windshield to signal service.
Water & Ice: Potable water is available at Rider Registration. Ice can be purchased at the Concession Stand.
